Singles Winner: Yanina Wickmayer (Belgium). Doubles Winner: Gabriela Cé (Brazil) and Veronica Cepede Royg (Paraguay).
Yanina Wickmayer, Nicole Gibbs, Maria Sakkari, and other top-ranked WTA players will joined rising athletes such as American favorite CiCi Bellis to include a 32-player singles main draw, an 8-player qualifying draw and an 8-team doubles draw.
American-Idol finalist Kimberly Caldwell will hosted the Carlsbad Classic for all sessions. Caldwell performed live during the Players Gala on Sunday, November 22. The Players Gala included a silent auction to benefit Operation Underground Railroad, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to rescue kidnapped children from slavery.
